Cheese Coriander Paratha (Flatbread)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated cheese:
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander:
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour:
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk for making dough
  • 3 crushed green chillies
  • 2  teaspoons of chaat masala spice 
  • Ghee: For frying the parathas

Preparation
    1. Mix wheat flour, salt and freshly chopped coriander leaves in a bowl, make smooth dough by milk. Cover with wet cloth and keep a side.
    2. Mix cheese, green chillies and
    3. chaat masala spice in another bowl.
    4. Make a roti from dough and spread cheese mixture over it. Cover it with another roti.
    5. Repeat the process for the rest.
    6. Fry parathas in ghee.
    7. Serve the cheese coriander paratha hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce and a little bit of ghee to spread as desired.
    8. You can use ½ cup grated cheese and ½ cup grated cottage cheese also.
