Cheese Coriander Paratha (Flatbread)

- 1 cup grated cheese:
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour:
- Salt to taste
- Milk for making dough
- 3 crushed green chillies
- 2 teaspoons of chaat masala spice
- Ghee: For frying the parathas
Preparation
- Mix wheat flour, salt and freshly chopped coriander leaves in a bowl, make smooth dough by milk. Cover with wet cloth and keep a side.
- Mix cheese, green chillies and
- chaat masala spice in another bowl.
- Make a roti from dough and spread cheese mixture over it. Cover it with another roti.
- Repeat the process for the rest.
- Fry parathas in ghee.
- Serve the cheese coriander paratha hot with coriander chutney or tomato sauce and a little bit of ghee to spread as desired.
- You can use ½ cup grated cheese and ½ cup grated cottage cheese also.
